Hello everyone, I'm Sophie and I am the owner of You Cake Me Happy.

I am 25 years old and have always worked in childcare, graduating University and then becoming a private nanny. However, it has been a life long dream of mine to own a baking business but have never had the confidence to take the plunge, and then lockdown three came along. It just felt like the right time for me to pursue my dream and here we are now.

I have always enjoyed baking and have been a hobby baker for many years, making birthday cakes for friends and family to enjoy. Who doesn't love a sweet treat on their birthday?

I mainly specialise in buttercream occasion cakes but I also sell a wide range of other baked goods including customisable brownies and blondies.
